Privacy Policy
Version 1.1 · Last updated 17 October 2026
DAREframe holds personal, reflective things: your assessment answers, your goals, what you notice about yourself and your business. This page says plainly what we keep, why, who can see it, and how to get a copy or have it deleted.
Your privacy at a glance
- Who runs DAREframe: eSavvy BV in the Netherlands. We decide how your data is used.
- AI: the DARE Agent runs on Claude, from Anthropic, in two forms. DARE Guide, the default, only uses what you write in the current chat; nothing you've saved is shared with it. DARE Assistant reads your saved assessments, goals, actions, notes and discoveries, but only if you tick one checkbox, which starts unticked, on Home or at the end of an assessment's results. You can turn each category off any time in DARE Agent settings. Anthropic doesn't train its models on this data.
- Coaches: nothing is shared until you accept a coach, and then only what you choose; everything starts off except your calls and to-dos. Coaches can only read, and never see your DARE Agent conversations.
- Your data, your call: from My Account you can request a copy of everything we hold or ask us to delete your account.
- Questions: email privacy@dareframe.ai.
This summary doesn't replace the sections below.
1. Who we are
DAREframe is run by eSavvy BV, which decides how your personal data is used (the "controller"). "We" and "us" on this page mean eSavvy BV.
eSavvy BV · Uilenbosweg 24, 3903 DR Veenendaal, the Netherlands · KvK 78496705 · privacy@dareframe.ai
DAREframe is a trademark of eSavvy BV.
2. What we collect
| Kind of data | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Your account | Name, email address, role, your onboarding answers, and the date and version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you agreed to |
| Your business | Company name and number of employees, asked the first time you use the Business view |
| Assessments | Your answers and scores for Business, Leadership, Transformation and Life, including unfinished ones |
| What you write | Goals, actions, calendar items, discoveries and notes |
| DARE Agent | Your conversations with the Agent, the drafts it made for you, and which categories you allowed it to use |
| Coaching | Coach pairings, what you chose to share with your coach and every change to it, calls, call notes, your coach's prep notes and to-dos; if you coach on DAREframe, when you agreed to the coach terms and to which version; if you ask for a coach account, your LinkedIn profile and what you coach |
| Messages to us | What you send through Contact us in DAREframe (name, phone number, what you're interested in, and your message) or through the contact form on our website (name, email address and message), the feedback you send, and your support requests with what we reply. A support request also carries the view you were in, the page you came from and your browser, as the form says. |
| How you use DAREframe | Sign-in times, which first steps you've completed, counts and dates of what you add, and security logs |
To create an account we need your name, email address and role. Business details are needed only for the Business view. Anything marked optional, such as "Anything else", you can leave out.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Running your account and the features you use, including DARE Guide conversations and coaching | Our contract with you |

| Sending sign-in codes and service emails | Our contract with you |
| Answering messages and coach account requests | Our legitimate interest in replying to you |
| Keeping DAREframe secure and preventing abuse | Our legitimate interest in security |

| Optional analytics and marketing cookies | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping records of consent and of requests we've handled | Legal obligation |
We only send you emails about your account and DAREframe itself. We don't send marketing email.
4. Personal and Business views
Your account has two views, Personal and Business. Everything you add is saved in the view you added it in, and each view shows its own goals, actions, calendar, discoveries and notes. The DARE Agent works only with the view you're in. Both views belong to the same account, so a copy of your data includes both, and deleting your account deletes both.
5. How DAREframe uses AI
The DARE Agent runs on Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. We send Anthropic only what the feature you're using needs:
- DARE Guide, the default: only what you write in the current chat. It never looks back at earlier chats.
- Your saved work, only if you give access: nothing you've saved is shared with the Agent by default. On Home, and at the end of an assessment's results, one checkbox, which starts unticked, lets the DARE Agent read your assessments, goals, actions, notes and discoveries in the view you're in: Leadership and Life in your Personal view, Business and Transformation in your Business view. Ticking it turns on DARE Assistant in that view. It's a setting per view: ticking it in your Personal view doesn't turn it on in your Business view, and the other way round.
- Assessments: nothing is sent to the Agent while you answer, for any of the four assessments. Unless you've given access, your results stay out of the AI.
- Turning it off: in DARE Agent settings you can turn each category off any time, one at a time. When you turn a category off, the Agent can no longer use it, including anything it summarised from it before. Your saved items stay as they are.
The Agent suggests; you decide. It may offer goals or other items, but only the ones you approve are saved, and you can untick any you don't want. Deleting anything through the Agent needs you to type "delete", and you can undo any change it makes within 1 hour. It never presents Life results as a medical or clinical conclusion. It makes no decisions about you with legal or similar effects. It isn't medical or psychological care.
Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't train its models on what DAREframe sends it. Anthropic deletes this data within 30 days. If its safety systems flag something as breaking its usage policy, it may keep that for up to 2 years.
6. Who can see your data
You. Everything in your space is visible only to you, unless you accept a coach.
A coach you accept. Nothing is shared until you accept. On the pairing screen you choose what your coach sees, separately for your Personal and Business views and for each category: goals, actions, discoveries, notes and each assessment's results. Everything starts off. Your calls together and their to-dos are always shared. Your coach can only read: they never add, change or tick off your actions. Your coach never sees your DARE Agent conversations. You can change what you share at any time in My Coach, and you see when your coach last looked at each part. Every change you make is recorded, with the date.
What your coach writes about you. Your coach's prep notes for your calls are hidden from you in DAREframe, but they're part of your data: they're in your data export and deleted with your account. Call notes and to-dos are shared with you. Either of you can end coaching at any time: your coach loses access to everything at once, and your calls, call notes and to-dos stay in your account.
If you coach on DAREframe. Before you see anyone's data you agree to the coach terms; we keep a record of when you agreed and to which version. You see only what each coachee chooses to share, and your own DARE Agent never reads a coachee's data.
DAREframe's administrator at eSavvy BV. Sees your account details (name, email, role, coach, sign-up and sign-in times), any coach account request, and statistics about your use of DAREframe: counts and status of what you've added, how far you got in each assessment and your scores, and how many Agent sessions you've had. The administrator never sees what you write: not your answers, goals, notes, discoveries or Agent conversations. Every view and export of these statistics is recorded in a log that can't be changed. When you send a coach account request, the administrator gets an email saying a new request has arrived, with a link; the details stay in DAREframe.
No one else, except the companies in section 7, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
8. International transfers
Anthropic stores the data it processes for DAREframe in the United States, and may handle requests in other countries where it operates. These transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Anthropic's data processing agreement, with the UK Addendum for people in the UK.
9. How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Your account and everything in it | While your account is open. When you ask us to delete it, we remove it from DAREframe within 5 working days of your request, including your usage statistics and any coach account request. |
| DARE Agent conversations | 365 days, then deleted |
| Coach account requests | 30 days after you send the request, then deleted |
| Coaching (calls, call notes, prep notes, to-dos and your sharing choices with their history) | While your account is open, also after coaching ends; deleted with your account |
| Sign-in history | 360 days, then deleted |
| Backups | Deleted data stays in backup copies until those copies are replaced on their regular cycle. Backups are never used to bring a deleted account back. |
| Data sent to Anthropic | Deleted by Anthropic within 30 days; up to 2 years if flagged for breaking its usage policy |
| Security logs | Only as long as needed to keep DAREframe secure, then deleted |
| Contact us messages | 365 days after you send them, then deleted |
| Messages through our website's contact form | 365 days after you send them, then deleted |
| Feedback | 365 days after you send it, then deleted |
| Support requests and our replies | 365 days after the request is sorted, then deleted |
| Record of a deletion or export request | That the request was made and when we handled it, with no other details, as proof we carried it out |
10. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, get a copy to take elsewhere, limit how we use it, or object to uses based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- A copy of your data: in My Account, under Your data, choose Request my data export. We check the request and email you a link to one file with everything we hold about you.
- Deleting your account: in the same place, choose Delete my account. We delete it within 5 working days and email you when it's done.
- AI use: in the DARE Agent's settings, turn the Assistant or any category off at any time.
- Anything else: email privacy@dareframe.ai.
We answer every request within one month. If we can't do what you asked, we tell you why and how you can complain.
12. Security
All traffic to DAREframe is encrypted. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to steal. Each person's data is kept apart from everyone else's, and DAREframe's administrator needs a second sign-in step to open usage statistics.
13. Children
You must be 18 or older to use DAREframe. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and if we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the version and date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, how we use it or who we share it with, including adding a company to section 7, we tell you by email and in DAREframe before it takes effect.
15. Contact and complaints
Email privacy@dareframe.ai with any question about your data. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the data protection authority where you live.
