Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

When you create your space, you tick a box to agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. We record when you agreed and which version. If you don't agree, please don't use DAREframe.

2. Who we are

DAREframe is provided by eSavvy BV, Uilenbosweg 24, 3903 DR Veenendaal, the Netherlands, KvK number 78496705, support@dareframe.ai.

3. What DAREframe is

DAREframe helps you look at where you stand and act on it. It includes:

• four assessments: Business, Leadership, Transformation and Life;
• goals, actions, a calendar, discoveries and notes;
• the DARE Agent, an AI assistant for DARE sessions and for drafting and updating your goals, actions, notes and discoveries;
• optional pairing with a coach.

You can work in a Personal view and a Business view. Both have the same features; what you add in one stays in that view.

DAREframe is not professional care. DAREframe and the DARE Agent are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional help. Nothing in DAREframe is a diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, contact local emergency services, or find a crisis line in your country through the International Association for Suicide Prevention (iasp.info).

4. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use DAREframe.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Your account is yours alone; don't share access to it.
• DAREframe signs you in with a code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in to DAREframe.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@dareframe.ai if you think someone else has used it.

5. Using DAREframe fairly

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use DAREframe to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• try to get into other people's accounts or data;
• copy, scrape or extract DAREframe's content, assessments or method, by hand or automatically;
• disrupt DAREframe, test its security without our written permission, or work around its limits;
• use the DARE Agent for anything other than its purpose, including trying to make it produce harmful content or reveal how it is built.

6. The DARE Agent

• The Agent is an AI system, running on Claude from Anthropic. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete; use your own judgement.
• Its output isn't professional advice of any kind. It isn't medical or psychological care.
• It may suggest goals and other items, but only what you approve is saved. Deleting needs you to type "delete", and you can undo any change it makes within 1 hour.
• It works in whichever view you're in, Personal or Business. By default (DARE Guide) it uses only what you write in the current chat. It uses saved assessment results, goals, actions, notes or discoveries only for the categories you turn on (DARE Assistant), and you can turn them off at any time in its settings.
• Usage limits apply, as shown in the app. We may change these limits with notice in the app.

7. Coaches

If a coach invites you and you accept, they see only what you choose to share, separately for your Personal and Business views and for each category; everything starts off. Your calls together and their to-dos are always shared. Your coach can only read: they never add, change or tick off your actions, and never see your DARE Agent conversations. You can end coaching at any time in My Coach; your coach loses access at once, and your calls, call notes and to-dos stay in your account. Coaches are independent of eSavvy BV unless we say otherwise, and are responsible for their own advice.

If you coach on DAREframe, you also agree to the coach terms before you open Coaching: your coachees decide what you see, you use it only to coach them, and you only read.

8. Your content

Everything you enter, such as assessment answers, goals, actions, discoveries, notes and Agent conversations, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only so we can run DAREframe for you, including sending it to the companies named in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when your content is deleted.

9. Our content

DAREframe, its design, assessments and texts, and the DARE method belong to eSavvy BV. "DAREframe" is a trademark of eSavvy BV. You may use DAREframe for your own personal or business development, but not copy, resell or build on it without our written permission.

10. Price

DAREframe is free to use at the moment.

11. Availability and changes to DAREframe

We work to keep DAREframe running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something important to you, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

12. Ending your account

• By you: use Delete my account in My Account, under Your data. We delete your account and everything in it within 5 working days of your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Until then you can keep using DAREframe and cancel the request. Take a copy first with Request my data export if you want one.
• By us: we may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. We'll tell you why, unless the law or safety stops us, and give you a chance to export your data where we can.

13. Liability

DAREframe is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on DAREframe, its assessments or the DARE Agent. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

14. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you live in another EU country as a consumer, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer law, and may also go to court where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top whenever these terms change. For a change that affects you, we show the new terms when you next sign in, before they take effect, and ask you to agree again. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
